Contact the seller promptly through the order channel if an item arrives damaged, materially misdescribed or does not arrive.

Jay’s Minifigs orders

Consumers purchasing from Jay’s Minifigs retain their statutory rights. Where the legal cancellation right applies, notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within the following 14 days. Items must be returned complete and safely packaged.

Marketplace orders

Business sellers must honour applicable consumer rights. Purchases from private sellers may not carry the same change-of-mind cancellation rights, but items must still match the listing. Marketplace support may request photographs, packaging, proof of posting or tracking.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Original or return postage treatment depends on the reason for return and applicable law.
