These terms govern purchases and use of Jay’s Minifigs, an online marketplace operated from Kilkenny, Ireland.

Authenticity

Items described as genuine LEGO® must be authentic. Counterfeit goods are prohibited. Listings must accurately state condition, defects, accessories and modifications.

Independent sellers

Some products are sold by independent sellers. Seller identity and trader status will be displayed where applicable. Business and private sales may carry different consumer rights.

Orders and payments

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Orders affected by stock, pricing, authenticity or fraud concerns may be cancelled and refunded. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
