Seller Agreement

This agreement applies to Ireland-based sellers approved by Jay’s Minifigs.

Approval

Applications are reviewed manually. Sellers must provide accurate identity, address, trader-status, payout and tax information. Approval may be refused, suspended or withdrawn to protect buyers or comply with law.

Fees

Jay’s Minifigs retains a 10% marketplace commission from completed product sales. Processing fees, refunds, chargebacks or seller-caused losses may be deducted. Payouts may be held while an order, identity check or dispute is unresolved.

Responsibilities

• Sell genuine items using original photographs.
• Describe condition, defects, missing parts and accessories accurately.
• Keep stock accurate and remove items sold elsewhere.
• Dispatch within the stated handling time and retain proof of posting.
• Meet applicable tax, consumer and product-safety obligations.
